Echoes of Armstrong
America250PA – Bells Across PA
The Echoes of Armstrong bell is part of America250PA’s Bells Across PA initiative, a statewide public art project commemorating the 250th anniversary of the United States. Created by artist Cathy Strate, this bell honors Armstrong County’s people, history, and enduring community spirit. As one of Pennsylvania’s commemorative bells, it symbolizes reflection, connection, and the shared stories that continue to shape our region. The Armstrong County Historical Museum is proud to be the permanent host location for this stunning public art installation. Thank you to all the local sponsors who brought this project to life.
